- I'd look into getting newer drivers for the card. I've had a Diamond
- Stealth 64 in my machine since November and I haven't had any problems with
- it. Certainly nothing with LightWave. I normally use LW and modeler at
- 800*600*24 bit and it works just fine. :^)
-
- If it was a new card, there may be some conflicting drivers left over from
- a previous graphics card.
- A friend of mine switched from the ATI UltraPro to the Stealth 64, and
- although it worked, it was a bit slow. A few days later he had to
- re-install Windoze due to an unrelated problem. When he finished he was
- getting much better performance. Apparently one of his old ATI related
- files was slowing things down somewhere.
